MY PHILOSOPHY







In 1996 I began my practice of Massage Therapy and since then have continually
studied different modalities from respected teachers in order to evolve and
improve my technique with the intent of delivering the
best possible sessions to my clients.

My bodywork studies which were leading me to a deeper understanding of
manipulating fascia and connective tissue combined with the results I felt in my
body after receiving the 10 Sessions helped me decide to study and practice the
work Ida P. Rolf had begun years ago.   I chose to study with one of the two men
Dr. Rolf picked to teach the work to others and put meaning to the "Recipe" she
developed. In 2006 I began my studies of the "10-Series Recipe" at the
Guild for Structural Integration with
Nilce Silvera, Emmett Hutchins and Jeff Lynn as my teachers.

I strongly believe the following:
The body is malleable and capable of being changed, if
manipulated properly, from stiff and rigid to relaxed
and free moving.  

I continue to offer Massage Therapy and Integrated Foot/Hand & Ear Reflexology
Sessions because they offer huge benefits and profound relaxation to anyone
receiving them.  After arriving at a greater place of freedom in my body (through
the 10 Series),  Massage Therapy and Reflexology sessions are even more
enjoyable than before.

Bodywork is something which EVERYONE should be able to receive and
benefit from.  

It is not a luxury nor should it be set aside for only the "wealthy" to enjoy.

We all should be able to integrate regular sessions into out daily lives in
order to remain at the top of our game,whatever that may be.

I strive to maintain a high level of
professional and quality of service in my
business and follow the Standards of
Practise as outlined by the National
Certification Board of Massage
Therapists and Bodyworkers.

At no time do I engage in sensual, erotic
or sexual massage in my practise so
